A delicate blend of grain (75%) and malt (25%) whiskey matured in bourbon casks, with a slight citrus and cracked pepper aroma.

This particular whiskey is patiently matured in first Bourbon casks and finished in Quinta Da Boeira port casks. On the nose slight of nutmeg, vanilla mixed with toffee finishing with a lingering dried fruit port aftertaste.
A blend of grain (75%) and malt (25%) whiskey aged in first fill bourbon casks and then finished in casks that had held Black’s of Kinsale Stout to give an aroma of chocolate, raisins and cracked nuts and a taste of dark chocolate, coffee and vanilla.
