The Gnigler family in Rutzenmoos supplies us with special lamb cuts from completely organically farmed animals. The lambs are slaughtered on site and sold under the family’s brand name – as a guarantee for quality and sustainable practices – directly from the farm.
Our fresh eggs from the "Kroiß family egg farm" in Niederthalheim in the Hausruck region of Upper Austria. Their animal feed is grown on the fields of the farm to guarantee the basis for the extraordinary quality and healthy flavour of the produce.

The Burgstaller butcher’s shop is not far from Vöcklamarkt and supplies us with the very best Duroc Pork products imaginable. Ham, bacon and numerous other delicacies are crafted by hand from this supreme-quality meat.
